EXPRESSBAKE™: Making Bread

in Under 1 Hour

Your Oster

breadmaker can bake great bread in under one

hour. This is called the “EXPRESSBAKE™” setting. Loaves

baked on the EXPRESSBAKE™ setting are a little different

than loaves not baked on EXPRESSBAKE™ settings. Try all

the different settings to see which one you prefer.

There are two EXPRESSBAKE™ settings:

• One setting can bake

bread in 58 minutes.

The bread is a little

more dense in texture

with this setting.
